Get App Directory

Get connectivity information for apps in the OBP ecosystem.
Returns config (configuration) properties that apps (Portal, API Explorer, API Manager, Sandbox Populator, OIDC, Keycloak, Hola, MCP, Opey) and agents can use to discover endpoints in the OBP ecosystem.
The list of keys is a fixed set defined in the OBP-API code — it is not an open scan of
the configuration. Only the known public app URL props listed below are returned; an
operator-added public_..._url prop that is not in this list is NOT automatically included.
Each value can be supplied either as an environment variable (for example
OBP_PUBLIC_OBP_MCP_URL, the usual style for container / Kubernetes deployments) or as a
props-file entry (for example public_obp_mcp_url, the usual style for bare-metal installs).

Authentication is NOT Required.
User Authentication is Optional. The User need not be logged in.
